Project Introduction and Scope

Human Longevity Inc. is a leader in precision wellness and personalized health, operating one of the most advanced longevity centers in the world. Located in South San Francisco, the facility needed AV systems as intelligent and integrated as the services it delivers. Contracted by Colin Construction, AV Structural was brought in to design, install, and program all AV systems throughout the building—including post-installation dynamic content creation.

Though brought in late during construction, AV Structural delivered a full-suite AV experience on schedule, enabling Human Longevity to showcase its innovation in both technology and care.

The Challenge

AV Structural was engaged late in the construction schedule, requiring our team to quickly assess the evolving site, engineer all AV systems in-house, gain approvals, and proceed with procurement—without disrupting the build timeline. Additional delays from other trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall) pushed back key areas of access, compressing the installation window even further.

The Execution

By fast-tracking internal procurement and bringing in senior AV engineers and lead techs, our team caught up to the schedule, integrated seamlessly with on-site project managers, and pushed through the final stretch. Our flexible, contractor-friendly approach allowed us to adapt to shifting timelines while staying laser-focused on quality and precision.
